Doc: Prefix suggested `mv` commands with `git` #26

Since we're editing an exiting Git repo in the README's example, it's easier to commit the changes if we use git mv instead of mv.

that’s not necessary true, this setup works for any vcs, and even if you don’t use a vcs.

it might be valuable to teach folks about git mv, but, on balance, I think it’s better to keep this simple.
