Import burntsushi's test suite.
- Tests that currently don't work are in the ignored directories. They can be moved once the parser supports them.
Remove testutils crate.
Use JSON files to verify the model API representation. Note: JSON errors are currently ignored, since many things in the model API are not yet finished. You can run with --nocapture to see skipped errors.
