Assert.AreEqual quick fix shows wrong/not useful description

What happens

As you can see, the replacement string is long and it also says it replaces the code with itself, which makes not much sense;

What should happen

• either display the FluentValidation syntax
• or show a generic "replace with FluentValidation assert"
