Update AddAddressStreet to latest StreetComplete master #2

@matkoniecz, I am interested in being able to get this quest released in StreetComplete, so I've started by merging to StreetComplete master, and making some changes to get it to work again with changes to StreetComplete since this work.

I've taken this out and done some surveying, and it seems to work ok.

I'll check in with you soon on the main issue (https://github.com/westnordost/StreetComplete/issues/213) to see what I can do to help get the feature into StreetComplete proper.

@matkoniecz, I have created a pull request for this to the main StreetComplete project, with further changes. You can see it at https://github.com/westnordost/StreetComplete/pull/1782. Accordingly, I will now close this pull request.
