but unlike Mapbox trickery it is visible immediately, there are no attempts to mislead user and it fits other parts of the interface.

Yes, it is not properly visible - but their entire interface suffers from the same problem. So I would not treat it as an attempt to mislead users.

To be clear: I am not treating it as sufficient attribution, just I am wondering whatever this case counts as egregious, prominent and case of a blatant disrespect. Sadly, there is a strong competition for that.

And I was happy too soon. There is nothing even close to a proper attribution on mobile.
