Is there an Apple app by windy.com? Is it using OSM data? Is there a visible attribution? If there is no attribution at all or not a proper one - screenshots are welcomed!

As far as I can tell, yes.

Is there a visible attribution?

Not without major interaction. Opening the sidebar menu and scrolling this menu to the very bottom.
