Add latest-including-prerelease #87

This is looking good. Can you post the latest-including-prerelease file and get the jobs to pass before I approve?

Unrelated but it looks like we are having trouble on macOS at the moment. It appears to be sporadic but occurring fairly frequently that MATLAB will get stuck. I think we'll need to look into it more closely.
