fbterm_ucimf 0.2.7 的 configure 中没有检查对 fontconfig 
的开发库的要求，在 Debian 上没有
libfontconfig-dev 的话会在 configure 成功之后失败：

libtool: link: g++ -g -O2 -Wl,-Bsymbolic-functions -o fbterm_ucimf
fbterm_ucimf-imapi.o fbterm_ucimf-fbterm_ucimf.o  -L/usr/lib
-lfontconfig -lucimf
/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lfontconfig
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
