xbox one controller authentication failed #679

model 1537. f/w updated to 2.3.2381.0.

windows recognised the controller and functions well.

start gimx, prompt for 'pressing guide button for 2 seconds'. pressing guide button and it flashes. gimx doesn't respond at all.

tried with two functioning controllers and different computers all same result.

xbox 360 controllers authenticate fine.

this issue only happens with 64bit release. tried 32bit installer and everything now works.
