Hi @qwertz22 sorry for the late reply. It may be useful to share the output of the system report with us see https://matomo.org/faq/wordpress/how-do-i-find-and-copy-the-system-report-in-matomo-for-wordpress/ . The report is anonymised automatically. If you don't want to comment it here you could also send it to us by email to wordpress@matomo.org
@mattmary could you maybe try installing the free core version of Ultimate Member and checking if you can reproduce this?
Hey @qwertz22. Unfortunately, we still can't reproduce the issue. Do you mind giving us access to your WordPress installation using the "Matomo Super User role"? This way we would have only access to the Matomo part in your WordPress but nothing else. If that's ok with you could you create this user for wordpress@matomo.org ? There's no need to email us the password as we would do a password reset. You'd need to send us by email the URL to your WordPress admin in order to know where we can log in. Once we're done troubleshooting you can remove the user again. Regards
Mat
Hi, yes, I wrote an e-mail.
Hi @qwertz22
There was a definitively a problem but it looks related to the Ultimate member plugin. We have updated the faq with the workaround we found https://matomo.org/faq/wordpress/#how-do-i-solve-it-when-form-submissions-dont-work-anymore-with-the-ultimate-member-plugin
Regards
Mat
Hello,
Today I realised that registering on my website doesn't work anymore. Whenever a user fills the registration form and clicks on the register button, nothing happens => no site reload or redirect. When I deactivate only "Matomo for Wordpress" it works again. The form is reloaded with success or error messages (required fields not filled) etc.
In the browser's console I can't see error messages. And in the browser's network analysis tool there's no http request when I click the submit button if Matomo is activated.
Can I provide more information to reproduce this bug?
Thank you.
