Realtime visits seen on Dashboard but Graph is showing ZERO #593

Dear Matomo support team, honestly, I spent hours reading (and checking) your tips&tricks, looking at the different issues and could find one single issue which maybe somehow related to my situation/error in system log (see German article https://forum.matomo.org/t/matomo-install-scheint-korrekt-aber-matomo-zahlt-nichts/27978/11). So I'm now bothering you ... :-(

ISSUE: Realtime logs are showing entry, but the "graphs" do not show anything.

The somehow "buggy" line 236 of the "bootstrap.php" looks like this: $mustEnable = ['BulkTracking', 'CustomJsTracker']; which does not look very strange in my humble opinion ... ;)

For your background information:

The before last item above is maybe related and/or the root cause for the issue of "empty data". But I have no clue where to change what - because I don't know where or how I can change in Matomo to track "bijoududoubs.com" instead of (potentially trouble-causing) bijou-du-doubs.com.

Your php version is nice. Can you try to uninstall and reinstall the plugin? Don't forget to uncheck the ckeckbox "delete all data on uninstall" (from the menu Matomo Analytics > Diagnostics > Advanced) if you want to keep your data. Kind regards

I uninstalled and reinstalled Matoma. Unfortunately, it shows the same behaviour: Realtime visitors are shown, but no other (past) data due to missing archive ☹

Sorry for this late answer. The only explanation I can see is your php cli is in a different version of php than your web one. Can you check with your hosting provider that your cli version of php is 7.2 or above? Kind regards
