It's probably because your hosting provider has a custom PHP Cli configuration and Matomo did not detect the appropriate one. Please follow this FAQ to solve this problem: https://matomo.org/faq/how-to-solve-the-error-message-your-php-cli-version-is-not-compatible-with-the-matomo-requirements/ If you still encounter any issue, please comment in this topic. There is no config.ini.php in that folder, but there is a common.config.ini.php. There is no Flush the Matomo cache button on the Troubleshooting section. There however is a Clear Matomo Cache button. You might want to update your documentation. Nevertheless I followed the instructions and now it just states the possibilty of minor issues. We'll continue testing, thanks.
