It's probably because your hosting provider has a custom PHP Cli configuration and Matomo did not detect the appropriate one. Please follow this FAQ to solve this problem: https://matomo.org/faq/how-to-solve-the-error-message-your-php-cli-version-is-not-compatible-with-the-matomo-requirements/ If you still encounter any issue, please comment in this topic.
