Make sure top level domains like .webseite or .berlin work #5317

A user reported such domains do not work with Piwik Mobile and I can reproduce it. It didn't work for me in the browser either so thought it might be an Android issue but it works in the browser for that user.

We should test whether it works with the latest Titanium SDK and in case it is a Titanium issue create a bug there. I already searched for such a bug report in their issue tracker and forums but couldn't find anything. Could be also an Android or Server issue.

FYI: Seeing this message in error ddms: TiHttpClient: (TiHttpClient-13) [10657,141653] HTTP Error (java.net.UnknownHostException): Unable to resolve host "XXX.webseite": No address associated with hostname

It actually works, user tried to use domain ".webseite" instead of ".website".
