[x] In Multi Sites the keyboard seems to appear automatically
On start the appcelerator splash screen might be shown for short time (need to try attaching it to tableview)

[x] Open URLs in external browser compared to internal browser except eg real time map
[x] Make visitor log compatible with new response format
