Updated readme to reflect Titanium correctly #5441

Titanium is no longer part of Axway and the link to axway is dead, it's now taken over by the non-profit TiDev and the new documentation is hosted on titaniumsdk.com. Furthermore, the setup guide might be linked instead of an assumption.

Welp, cancelling this, as the other PR (#5440) is waaay better.
