Add new metric Conversions Per Visit to Visits Over Time #15995

There is already a Visits Per Conversions metric.

Conversions Per Visit is different. It's a useful metric needed for websites that can have multiple conversions in one visit.

For example: one affiliate link (not any outgoing link!) click is one goal conversion, two is two, three is three. The average of the goals/visit achieved is important to the owner.)
