No FAQ provided when displaying an error message #20122

When displaying the error message "This user has super-user access. Embedding widgets with super-user token authentication is not allowed. Check the FAQ for more info." There is no link to a FAQ.

Expected Behavior

Display a link to the related FAQ.

Current Behavior

Only the message is displayed. It looks like the link is not added any more in the message: https://github.com/matomo-org/matomo/blob/16c2b8c1c31209ab84ff4cc46cb8837f1a611772/core/API/Request.php#L472

The html tags might though be removed for logging.
