Reports under "Goals > Goals by X" should have the useful option to "Show totals row"

Reports under "Goals > Goals by X" should have the useful option to "Show totals row" #20280

In a Goals page, or on the Goal Overview page, all Reports under "Goal by X" headings, currently don't have the Cog icon option to "Show totals row"

This feature is important when it comes to comparing reports together and having a quick view of the total of a dataset/report.

Notes:

Not sure if there is a reason they didn't have it?
If we can at the same time add it to more reports, that would be great

@mattab The totals row is disabled on purpose for all such goal reports. The Goals visualization doesn't support the totals row and I don't think its even calculated in that case. So this might be a bit more effort to implement it.
