Two-column dashboard or a possibility to stretch a widget through two columns #20620

It would be helpful to have a two-column dashboard or a possibility to stretch a widget through two columns.

It's because the current tree-column dashboard makes the widgets too small/narrow. Some of them need horizontal scrollbar to use them.

Hi @archatas, thanks for taking the time to raise the issue. That sounds like a nice feature to have, though I'm afraid the UI and the layout system currently doesn't support this. I'll pass it to the product team for prioritisation.

I guess at some point it would actually be awesome to get rid of the current column based layout and have something more flexible that allows to manually define the width / height.

btw one option is to use this layout where you can put some wider widgets on the first column and others in the right column? image
