Improve format of time based metrics for scheduled reports #21996

When creating a scheduled report the time based metrics such as "Avg Server Time" display in a format different to that of metrics shown in Custom Reports and the Performance report.

For example a Custom Report included in a scheduled report would display as hours:minutes:seconds:milliseconds: image

Where as a Custom Report or Performance report viewed directly would display in the following format, which is easier to read: image

Having the same format displayed within the scheduled reports, would make this metric easier to view.

Hi @goochj03, is it only applicable to custom reports that is a premium feature or is it relevant to core Matomo in general?

Looks like this core in general, the Performance Overview in a schedule report is displayed in the same time format. image
