[SEO Rankings widget is not working] #22428

What happened?

At our Matomo setup, SEO Rankings widget is not working and giving Error. Please see below picture. SEO Ranking widget is not working

What should happen?

We need data at the widget. We are using the lastest Matomo version.

How can this be reproduced?

Go to Matomo Dashboard, click to log to en widget. Click SEO> Click SEO Ranking

Matomo version

Matomo 5.0

PHP version

No response

Server operating system

No response

What browsers are you seeing the problem on?

No response

Computer operating system

Quick questions to ask,

  1. Can you let us know, are you using Matomo Cloud or On-premise?
  2. Are you using Matomo's latest version Matomo-5.1.0 ?
  3. And the widget seems to be working fine on my end, But I noticed that: after enabling the SEO Widget when user lands on the page firstly, the widget shows data as expected. But on Clicking ‘Track' button it gives repetitive 'Error’ below and no results are shown.

We are using on-premise. Unfortunately, we did not get any data by this widget.
