Add a link to documentation for each technical feature of Matomo #22441

Hi Team,

Some features of Matomo are difficult to understand for non IT expert. Example: Screenshot from 2024-07-25 16-39-54 For example here, what does case sensitive means? It would be nice to have further documentation with an "i" icon or a link about how to know more about it.
