The configuration dimension is missing within the segment feature #22714

Hi team,

When creating a segment, it is not possible to pick up the Configuration dimension, though this dimension is available within reports: Screenshot from 2024-10-24 16-07-20 This report is useful when launching a campaign because it provides insights into whether the visit was made using one of the social media apps.

Could you please add it?

@Chardonneaur That is basically a combination of Operating System, Browser and Resolution. So you can already kind of achieve that by combining such segments with an AND.

@sgiehl @Chardonneaur Okay, what sgiehl wrote is correct. The background to this issue was that, for example, the Instagram app was listed here, but you cannot open the segmented visitor log from here (Icon is missing). grafik

Unfortunately, this is not possible from the browser widget either. So I thought it wasn't possible at all. So it's more my problem that you can't select certain browsers. grafik

Ah ok. That's a different topic. We can check if we can easily activate the visit log feature for such reports somehow
