UI Accessibility - Dark Mode Settings #22722

User requested the following accessibility improvement:

Can you make a dark theme for Matomo Cloud available for eye health reasons?

Further information was given:

The OS dark theme setting is impractical as a dark theme does not make sense for all installed applications. Hence, many developers (Google, Microsoft, Apple, ...) have implemented dark theme settings in each of their applications.

@rcontiuk There is a dark theme available on the marketplace: https://themes.matomo.org/DarkTheme This however isn't available on Cloud

It would be better an accessibility setting for both On Premise and Cloud as standard for people with vision impairments.

Hi @sgiehl @rcontiuk , I got in contact with the developer of this plugin yesterday, who told me that he just updated it, so clearly, the right timing to integrate it.

I'm the developer behind https://themes.matomo.org/DarkTheme, and it would be great if this plugin could be integrated into all Matomo instances such as Cloud and OnPremise, of course.

You have my approval for native code integration.
