By default, Matomo is set to be on D-1, as a result, when someone creates an annotation, the day of today is shown.
When they create the annotation, they don't see the annotation created because the graph stays at D-1.
It would be good to adapt the calendar when the annotation is created.
Alternatively, we could prevent adding annotations to days that are not visible in the graph. It'll be up to the product team to decide on the direction.
