Add Weather Metrics to Piwik #3205

This idea is to be able to correlate visits to weather metrics such as temperature, precipitation and so on.

Possible sources to use:

Would be really usefull to have this plugin, as there's a measurable relation between the shopping behaviour during sunny or rainy days which we can see from the sales reports, but having this inbuilt into Piwik would be awsome!

I would love to see an implementation of weather statistics in Piwik 2! Is there anything planned or even already available?
