Copy/duplicate segments #7246

Is it possible to implement a copy function for segments? Our customers use segments with lots of ipadress filters and for every new segment they have to re-enter this information.

FYI: Once we list segments under the user menu (similar to Goals, Dashboards, ...) we could add a copy button there etc.

Since you can't later "Save & Apply" a shared segment, hiding the pencil would be ok. But knowing what contains the actual segment would then be not available/visible so if pencil is present then "Save & Apply" should be hidden or changed to "Apply" only. Another better possibility : Add a new icon to the segment list: "Copy & Edit as a new Segment". That would be useful for any segment (own or shared) !

A customer was requesting this feature today, the ability to copy a segment would save them alot of time.

Another request for the easy copy/duplication of segments to be introduced, saving time for users. "It is tedious to create each segment from scratch each time".

Can be picked up after https://github.com/matomo-org/matomo/issues/22343, where the feature would fit naturally in the UI
