Piwik Platform blog posts: link to the relevant up to date developer guide #7270

The goal of this issue is to update all the Piwik Platform blog posts and add a link, at the top, to the relevant Piwik Developer guides. The Piwik Developer guides are listed here: http://developer.piwik.org/develop

The goal is to make sure that in few months or years, users reading the blog posts will be pointed to the last "up to date" version of the guides which will always be on developer.piwik.org rather than on the blog post
