New automatic periods: "since last login" and "since last view" #9630

Would be very handy to have additional new "automatic" periods of type

since last log in
since last view (done from technical side with lessons learned from dectecting "active viewing or not" in the field of heartbeat)

would be a perfect combination with Predefine period to show after login #9629 and Add possibility to define a report to load by default after log in #9624
