As we haven't looked into the stats on demo-anonymous.matomo.org in 2 years+ and the tracking hasn't even been working in 1+ year in demo-anonymous.matomo.org we decided to no rather remove this possibility and removed demo-anonymous.matomo.org as we're not looking into it right now anyway. When need comes up again we may add this feature again. Better not track data when it is not used anyway.

fyi couldn't fix the UI test as I think they may need to be converted. Seems to be a problem here: https://builds-artifacts.matomo.org/matomo-org/plugin-AnonymousPiwikUsageMeasurement/removematomotracking/336/AnonymousPiwikUsageMeasurement_admin_settings_page.png but it works in real Matomo
