Could we track outlinks to *.piwik.org domains?

often the clicks actually link to a local URL: http://demo.piwik.org/index.php?module=Proxy&action=redirect&url=http://piwik.org/faq/ therefore we need to hook into this redirect action I guess?
maybe we only need to track those redirect and don't need to track outlinks in JS
