When running console commands, log writers are replaced by debugbar writer by PiwikDebugger.

As title. Prevents from getting log output for certain commands (ie tests:run).

Actually it seems the debug bar log writer gets persisted in INI config. Not sure why or when, probably when the plugin is activated?
