Provide possibility to edit any files #4

The plugin would let you edit all files, for instance using https://icecoder.net/ or http://codiad.com/ Maybe not MVP but the plugin should have a restore possibility to make sure all the edited files are the same as before debugging.

We will use ICEcoder for now. I was looking for many other editors but did not really find anything suitable, at least not based on PHP. Also tried codiad but I couldn't even really install it. I made it working after a while but couldn't edit a single file.

ICEcoder was basically no installation needed at all and it will let you edit all files within DOCUMENT_ROOT automatically. Not sure whether it'll work on all servers but should on most as long as we have write permissions to the icecoder folder
