no provider information after installing Geoip2 and ip2location with db11 database #5

we installed the above plugins in our acceptance and it is working fine, on our production we did the same and no provider info is given, in the meanwhile we upgraded tot 3.13.5 but still no provider info.

@franki667 I'm not 100% sure but I think provider info doesn't work eg if IP anonymisation is enabled and the IP should not be used for enrichment. You can check this in the Admin -> Anonymise Privacy section

Also I think you need to make sure to configure an ISP geolocation database see https://matomo.org/faq/how-to/faq_180/

Maybe you could check what kind of geolocation DB is configured

Anonymize setting is no

We got the following settings: our acceptance Matomo_1

production matomo_2

matomo_3

matomo_4

matomo_5

in the production database the provider info is writen: matomo_6

@franki667 is there any chance you could temporarily enable DB-IP ISP database or MaxMind ISP DB? Just to see if the issue is related to IP2 location? I don't know if our provider plugin works with that plugin unfortunately.
