In https://github.com/matomo-org/plugin-TrackingSpamPrevention/blob/4.1.3/BanIpNotificationEmail.php#L25 we are sending an email when an IP was banned.
The from name is currently CoreHome_WebAnalyticsReports see
CoreHome_WebAnalyticsReports
This is likely happening because the email is sent during tracking and translations aren't loaded. That means we would need to set the from name untranslated.
