Notification links in SkyrimSE portion of the website that involve Oldrim mods point to SkyrimSE link, resulting in 404 #25

When there is a notification about an Oldrim mod but you're viewing the SkyrimSE part of the website, the link will point to https://modpicker.com/skyrimse/mods/(oldrim-modpicker-id), which will most likely go to a wrong mod or result in 404 altogether.

Expected Behavior: The link should point to https://modpicker.com/skyrim/mods/(oldrim-modpicker-id), not .../skyrimse/... . Furthermore, the link text should also mention about the mod being Oldrim when browsed from SSE (or another game altogether, when modpicker is used in other games as well).

Reproduction: Review something on Oldrim, get it approved or something to generate a notification, go to SSE site and check the notification.
