Private mod lists accessible when not signed in #45

When not logged in and browsing mod lists I can access mod lists that are tagged as private. When I log in, I don't see those mod lists anymore. It only happens when not signed in.

To replicate, just open some random mod list when not logged in. You can see most of them are private. Alternatively, you can create a private mod list and then log out and access it when not signed in.

Experienced in Google Chrome Win 10.
