It might be partly plugins missing from the database due to incomplete mod analyses, but the search function is inconsistent
I was adding plugins for the WAO collection and under requirements it said "vivid weathers.esp is required for WAO.esp". Manually searching for vivid weathers.esp using the plugin search turned up nothing, but pressing "add requirement" from the requirement notification added vivid weathers.esp just fine.
A similar problem with Immersive Patrols- searching for the plugin using the mod list plugin searcher turned up nothing, but I was able to find the plugin just fine when submitting a compatibility note for Immersive Patrols and Civil War Overhaul
On top of that, Imperious and Frostfall have missing main plugins (as far as I can tell)- Thallassa already confirmed Imperious was badly analyzed but I'm not sure about Frostfall.
I double checked, and the mods were present in my mod list when searching for the plugins.
