CREA records in FNV throw a pointer exception when being prototyped #116

I am unable to add CREA - Creature records to new settings with FNV. Error popup says 'invalid pointer operation'. Apparently they don't exist for Skyrim. Pretty sure Oblivion, FO3, and FNV have them though.

Should be fixed in v0.4.
