This PR adds a search within the SettingsManager. It allows the user to cycle through matching records.

Improvements over the old PR:

Added a counter for the position of the current result and the amount of results in total
Added the possibility to focus on the search field using Ctrl+F
Handled the input to avoid the annoying Windows-"beep"
The search is now cleared if the settings panel is clicked
More checks to avoid crashes and bugs
