[FO4] Smashing CELL records is slow? #172

precombination data in FO4 cells should not be "smashed" you can also make XPRI and XCRI arrays in CELL unsorted to speed it up

Just FYI I temporarily disabled the XPRI and XCRI branches for Cell Records and that brought the smashed patch times down from almost 3h to something like 15 mins for a huge loadorder for FO4, with 3 huge merges of 150 esps each, and a total count of 245 esps and about 9000 or so records listed in the progress window. The main problem being mods like Spring cleaning and Scrap everything, that disable a lot of Physics references and precombined meshes in those records.
