NPCs not conflict resolved properly #177

if for a npc multiple races are in different mods instead of taking last it seems to take one randomly example linset from jh people is nord but bijin mod and other ones like base game have her listed as brenton. even thou jh people is higher in load order than bijin aio its taking the race from jh people rather than bijin like it should. hair,weight and clothing are also doing similar seems the issue might be when u have more than 2 replacers. after goign thru all of them the ones it normaly messed up on where ones that had 3-4 mods changeing the npc.
