This is more a Smash Setting suggestion for Smash.All, than a bug report.
When conflict resolving with the mods "Enhanced Blood Textures" and "Audio Overhaul for Skyrim 2" I find Smash does not produce the results I want for the IPDS field - it does not merge edits from the two mods.
Editing the IPDS "Data" flags and removing the blue "1" "treat as a single entity" produces better results for me.
