Load order is not loaded in MO2 if "Skyrim Special Edition" folder exists in %localappdata% #240

I have to delete this folder every time or it doesn't load my actual load order. Very frustrating. Also odd that it's so difficult to find where it loads from. There's nothing in the settings or log etc. It took a huge amount of googling.

Using what game? Skyrim SE, Skyrim, or Skyrim VR?

Skyrim special edition my friend. It's consistent and I can reproduce. Just use the most current version of MO2 and create and delete the folder etc.

That doesn't make sense. The folder exists on every user's machine and has never had any influence on whether or not MO2 can virtualize the load order provided to a third party application.
