This commit adds an option to the IO class to use the ev_id_ext parameter when defining the unique id combination to identify an event. This is needed for certain recent productions.
This has no effect on the 5 TeV pp data or MC.
And no effect on the PbPb data -- but it does affect one of the recent re-productions of MC anchored to PbPb.
