A couple changes to the implementation of THn rebinning functions:
Implement prior variation as passing a function pointer instead of evaluating the same switch N^4 times
Correct carrying over of errors into rebinned THn
I believe that the call to RooUnfoldResponse->Fill is likewise not handling the error propagation correctly in the RooUnfoldResponse object... but since this class does not have setters (SetBinContent, SetBinError), I am not sure how to handle this case...
