Added lots of new code for PbPb angularities, as well as updating the substructure framework to be more friendly when running with multiple observables. I have tried to update all the user code accordingly, but it should be verified by the individual users that their functionality remains the same.

@jdmulligan I just resolved a lot of merge conflicts, please consider merging this so that I don't have to do it again later, thanks

Changes pushed today

expanded fastsim to N different generators
Fixed shape closure to be correct and added prior closure
Changed thermal closure to loot at all n_iter and copy to directory like other closure tests
