Fixed Freesurface-rgb.txt filename typo #25

"FreeSurface" should have been "Freesurface". Now I'm able to

import cocean

successfully. Just that simple!

Ah, thanks! I think I have fixed that in my version of this package but haven't pushed it through to this official version. I'll be doing that in the next few days, so that will sort of negate this, but thank you for catching this. (I ended up deciding to go the other way, changing the rgb txt file name to camel case).

I prefer camelCase too -- easier to read. Glad we're on the same page!
