landing page has no install directions... #71

I don't see any install directions at https://matplotlib.org/cmocean/. Once could guess that its pip install cmocean, or conda install cmocean, but it'd be nice to say...

Just added a new version of cmocean with new colormaps and updated docs — there is now some installation info at the website, thanks, and sorry for the delay.
