FIX: move the images-rotator up a level #28

For some reason the images-rotator is not working on GitHub pages. Not sure if it is an issue with the javascript being down a subdirectory, but lets try this...

I'm going to self merge this to see if it fixes the gh-pages issue. We can easily revert....
